Cabbage Green Microgreen Seeds

Seed to harvest in less than two weeks

Cabbage is a fast-growing and reliable microgreen. Trouble-free and easy to grow, cabbage micros are ideal for beginners and commercial growers.

Sweet and mild flavour

Cabbage has a subtle flavour that won’t overpower a dish. Use it as a garnish, in a micro mix, or toss a handful into your morning smoothie.

Create a microgreen salad mix with cabbage as the base. Add colour to your mix with red cabbage, spiciness with radish, broccoli, cress, or rocket, and green cabbage for sweet undertones.

Eat your greens

You know that it’s good for you to eat your greens. Cabbage is a cruciferous vegetable in the same family as broccoli, kale, and rocket. Add tiny cabbage greens to your diet and enjoy a dose of goodness.

Cabbage micros look healthy with shiny, dark green leaves and light green stems.

No-fuss and good yield

A 10 x 20′ grow tray requires approximately 25 grams of seed and has a good yield of up to 300 grams of harvest.

Cabbage is not fussy with the grow medium. Hydroponic, coir peat, hemp mats, or organic soil work a treat with this variety. At Seedmart, we raise this crop on hemp grow mats, with bottom watering. The crop is supercharged using a small amount of Microgreen Plant Nutrient. We have found that the nutrient helps us get a better quality and yield from our microgreen crops.
